Welcome to the online home of Swindon Rowing Club. We are a small not-for-profit sports club based at Coate Water Country Park, Swindon. We share the water with sailors, canoers, kayakers, fishermen and occasionally a swimming dog or two.
The lake stretches over a nearly straight 1000 metres from the open deep end to the sheltered shallows giving us plenty of room to pick up speed. Our members range from 13 to 73 years old, female and male, recreational and competitive.
We are entirely run by volunteers so please use the website as a tool to answer your questions. We have worked hard to give as much information as possible and to give you links to find out more from other sources.
